Trees stay anchored in the same place, and time goes on around them, remaining centered, changing yet immovable. My work explores both movement and time, by creating imagery that captures a sense of "static motion". To create this form of movement I have walked around the subject matter whilst photographing, later building and re creating the image as a whole - layering, merging and blending images together to create one final composite.
